General Cancellation and Refund Policies
Most trips require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 120 days prior to the start of your trip. Trips departing within 121 days from the reservation date must be paid in full at the time of reservation. If your final payment is not received within 120 days of the start of the program, your reservation will be cancelled and all fees forfeited.
You must submit in writing via email and receive a response to confirm cancellation. Once we receive written notification (e-mail) that you are canceling an individual participant or your entire reservation the following policy will apply: Refunds will only be made as indicated on the specific trip refund policy. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 120 days before your program. Cancellation Insurance: It is strongly suggested that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
